Advantages of the digital box printing machine part
The gear-fixed plate hanging system features locking mechanisms on both left and right sides, allowing for quicker, more accurate alignment of the hanging plate.
A foot-operated switch is installed to control the positive and reverse rotation of the plate mounting cylinder, facilitating plate changing.
The printing phase adopts a touchscreen-controlled electric digital 360° adjustment (adjustable during both operation and stoppage) using the LC control panel.
An automatic reset device ensures a unified adjustment reference for the machine unit. Typically, a test print is sufficient to adjust the correct position, reducing paper waste.
The pneumatic mesh roller is equipped with an automatic lifting device and an idle operation mechanism. During paper feeding, the mesh roller descends to contact the printing plate, and upon paper feed stoppage, the mesh roller automatically rises to separate from the printing plate. This prevents ink from drying by allowing the printing plate to automatically idle when not in use.
Advantages of the box gluer machine part
The glue folding section employs mechanical gluing and a fully automatic multi-stage gluing system.
Mechanical gluing is controlled by a dedicated motor to ensure accuracy in glue application. The fully automatic multi-stage gluing system accommodates different paperboard widths and is easier to maintain.
Electric adjustment of gluing positions can be automatically adapted to orders and optionally equipped with a temperature-controlled gluing system to ensure stability in low temperatures.
A high-strength box folding beam ensures folding precision and high-speed stability. The left and right folding beams are electrically adjustable and automatically adjusted based on orders, reducing setup time.
Single creasing and right-angle alignment improve folding accuracy. The main belt adopts an adsorption design, effectively reducing paperboard shaking and guaranteeing folding quality.
The folding section features auxiliary folding guide poles to ensure the folding outcome. The rear section’s lower belt has separate adjustable speeds on both sides, effectively reducing scissor marks and ensuring folding quality.”
