Egg Tray Dryer

Egg tray dryer is composed of cloth device, drying chamber, main drive system, steam pipeline system, air supply system, air duct, moisture removal system, bottom frame and control system.
1 Distribution Device
The distribution device is that the material enters the hopper and spreads evenly on the fire ring mesh belt through its star-shaped distributor. The power of the distributor is transmitted by the driving shaft of the fire ring mesh belt in the drying chamber.

2 drying room
A ring of conveyor mesh belt is installed up and down in the drying chamber, and each ring of conveyor belt is supported by the driving shaft and the passive shaft (the bearing seat is movable, which is used to adjust the tension of the lead chain). The traction chains on both sides of the conveyor belt mesh with the corresponding traction sprockets on each axle. The pitch of the traction chain is 76.2mm, and there is a roller on each chain plate, which can roll on the guide rails of the wall panels on both sides of the drying chamber to improve the force of the lead chain and the drive shaft. Each of the inner chain plates of the two traction chains has an offset pin, which is relatively hinged with a small-diameter steel pipe, which is used to support a stainless steel wire mesh belt. When the conveyor belt is running, the mesh belt is not subject to driving tension, so it has a long service life. The sprockets on the driving shafts of the conveyor belts are linked by the main drive chain, and the materials are conveyed from top to bottom in the opposite direction, and fall into the container outside the machine or on the conveyor belt.
The running time (drying cycle) of materials in the drying chamber can be adjusted according to the water loss rate of different materials.
The heating chamber has a supply air duct and a return air duct. The air supply duct is equipped with steam heat exchange crystals, and there is a commercial blower on the top of the drying chamber to take away the heat emitted by the heat exchange crystals. Under the guidance of the air deflector, the hot air passes through the mesh belt and the material layer on it, and makes full and uniform contact to complete the heat and mass transfer process; when each layer of material enters the transmission room with the conveyor belt, there is a There is no hot air passing through, which has a certain slowing effect on the material, so that the bound water inside the unit material diffuses and precipitates to the outside, and then enters the heating chamber to be evaporated. Repeat this several times to speed up the drying speed.
In addition, the outer wall of the drying chamber and each door panel are filled with thermal insulation materials, and there are rubber sealing strips on the side of the door, which has a good thermal insulation effect. The crystal has enough heat exchange area, so the drying chamber heats up faster.

3 Main conveyor system
The operation of a conveyor belt in the drying room is driven by a 2.2KW electromagnetic speed regulation motor (or frequency conversion speed regulation), which drives a horizontal two-stage planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then drives through a chain. The power with low rotation and high torque is transmitted to the drive shaft. The speed regulation range of the speed regulating motor is 1250-125r/min (stepless speed regulation or frequency conversion speed regulation).
In the case of no special requirements, the number of sprocket teeth on the output shaft of the reducer is the same in all models. The speed ratio of the reducer and the diameter of the input shaft pulley on it are different on various models. If the processed materials have special requirements, the above data needs to be adjusted.

4 Steam piping system
Boiler steam passes through a series of tubes, valves, meters and various devices to the steam heat exchanger installed in the air supply duct of the drying room. Each heating unit has a set of steam heat exchangers to increase its evaporation capacity.

5 Air supply system
The air supply system includes a blower for each heating unit, an air distribution chamber, a waste heat recovery air duct and a supplementary air volume adjustment mechanism. Generally, the damper is opened in summer or when the temperature of the heating room is high, and the damper is closed in winter or when the temperature is low.
The positive pressure cold air flow of the blower first passes through the heat exchanger to become hot air, and then is recovered by the return air duct and pipeline and sent to the heat exchanger by the blower again for heating, and the air temperature is further increased. At this time, the medium has a high relative humidity, so it is directly discharged into the outdoor atmosphere.

6 Dehumidification system
After the hot air flow in the drying room completes heat and mass transfer, the moisture-carrying waste gas is collected by the upper air duct and discharged into the atmosphere in time by the induced draft fan of the moisture exhaust system.

7 Base
The entire drying chamber is supported on a rigid chassis, and there are two vertical beams on both sides of the chassis running through the entire length of the drying chamber to facilitate rolling handling.

8 Control system
The entire egg tray dryer system is controlled by an electronic control box. Each unit is equipped with independent temperature control and display functions, making it meet the requirements of precise control.
