Development overview of paper pulp molding machine
Paper pulp molding machine has been developed in China for nearly 20 years. Since the 1980s, Hunan, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu and other places have introduced foreign pulp molding production lines for the production of egg trays. In 1984, Hunan Pulp Molding General Factory invested more than 10 million yuan to import a drum-type automatic pulp molding production line from France, which is mainly used for the production of egg trays. This is the beginning of pulp molding in China. In the late 1980s, my country began to study pulp molding production lines by itself. In 1988, my country developed the first domestically produced pulp molding production line, mainly for poultry egg trays, beer trays, and fruit trays, with single products and low grades. Since the 1990s, pulp molded products have been used to package agricultural and sideline products, home appliances, electronics, instruments and meters and other products.
After 1994, the development of the pulp molding industry has taken a new leap forward. In the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong, large and medium-sized coastal cities have sprung up concentratedly. The manufacturers of the inner packaging of pulp molding products, paper pulp molding machine, are mainly concentrated in Hunan, Shandong, Henan, Beijing and other places; there are also a group of manufacturers that design and manufacture pulp molding equipment, such as Xiangtan Pulp Molding Factory. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 200 manufacturers of pulp molding products and equipment, distributed all over the country.
It is allowed that since 1994, with the impact of domestic and foreign environmental protection policies and the enhancement of social environmental protection awareness, my country has invested a lot of manpower and funds in the pulp molding industry. After working hard to research pulp molded fast food boxes, bowls, plates, etc. that meet the national conditions, the paper pulp molding machine and process, formula, hygiene and physical and chemical indicators of the fast food boxes are all very high. With the strong support of the relevant state departments and the efforts of the vast number of scientific researchers, the Chinese fast food box products have been continuously improved. China’s pulp molding production technology and equipment have reached the world’s advanced level in some performance indicators.
